I’m running a marathon in 10 days and I’m terrified that I haven’t prepared enough? The long runs I’ve done are 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, and 20. I’ve been running about 25-30 miles a week for a little over two years now, and I did a half marathon last Spring… I feel like I should be fine, but today I did 13.1 to see how it felt and it was HARD.
I don’t wanna psych myself out. But I’m excited and terrified
